We loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently located near the city center and just opposite a supermarket. Additionally, it was fairly close to the underground station, making it easy for us to visit attractions further away. The fact that there were two subway stations nearby was also a huge plus.

The staff here were so helpful and accommodating, they assisted us with everything we needed during our stay.

The location is excellent with two subway stations nearby, making it easy to reach the city center and other attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The facilities are great, including a well-equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi.

Some of the reception staff don't speak English, which can be a bit inconvenient for international guests.

I stayed at this hotel three times during my Chile trip, totaling three nights. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was extremely helpful and responsive. They even arranged a late check-in for us and stored our luggage when needed. The two-bedroom apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with the added convenience of two bathrooms. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, just steps away from popular attractions like la Moneda Palace and Plaza de las Armas. There is also a rooftop swimming pool, although I unfortunately didn't have time to try it. I had a very comfortable stay at this property and would definitely recommend it.

My stay at Gloria was exceptional. The location was great, with two subway stations within walking distance. The high-rise building had a 24-hour reception that was very helpful. The apartment I stayed in had more beds than I needed and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The small but well-equipped kitchen, balcony, TV, and dining table were all great amenities. Despite a few minor issues like the clerk not speaking English or Portuguese and some limescale in the kitchen, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and helpful staff.

The staff was helpful and responsive, making check-in and check-out simple. The two bathrooms in the apartment were convenient for our group of three. The location of the property was unbeatable, with major attractions just steps away. a very comfortable stay and highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the hotel in central Santiago. The manager, Alexi, was very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early after our early morning flight. The apartment was modern and clean, with a convenient supermarket across the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool, although shallow, offered a great view. it was great value for money and in a good location.

Drawbacks: However, the check-in process was a bit complicated and the second bedroom was small with limited space for luggage.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Santiago for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, even though I only spoke a little Spanish. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all the attractions, and there is a supermarket right across the street for easy access to groceries. The view from the 30th floor was amazing, and I loved relaxing in the small rooftop swimming pool. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to the city.
